Two working sessions each month, support between sessions and shared documentation. We improve workflows and build useful AI applications alongside your team. Larger implementation projects are scoped separately.

An external Chief AI Officer for businesses coordinating several AI initiatives. We work with your leadership team on priorities, investment decisions and delivery across departments. The mandate, responsibilities and review cadence are agreed around your organisation.

We involve the people affected by new ways of working, clarify responsibilities and plan communication, training and feedback. The focus is adoption in everyday work, with reviews of what people use and which outcomes improve.

You can then implement internally, work alongside us through AI Concierge or commission a defined project. Broader leadership and change support follow the needs of your organisation.
We examine a real workflow, the people involved and the systems they use. Together, we establish effort, quality and business impact, separating measured facts from estimates.
We remove unnecessary steps, clarify decisions and check the capabilities of your existing tools. We prioritise changes by expected benefit, implementation effort and practical constraints.
We introduce the agreed solution and help your team use it. The review compares time, quality and the relevant business measures with the starting point, including checking and rework.

OUR FIRST-PROJECT COMMITMENT
Ten hours back.
Every month.
Your first agreed implementation project will save your team at least 10 working hours per month. If it doesn't, you don't pay our fee for that project.
Before we begin, we agree on the workflow, its current time requirement, the expected monthly volume, the required quality and the measurement period. We compare the total working time before and after, including review and rework. The commitment applies to this first implementation project; the assessment is a separately agreed service.
